By using CloudBlueprints, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
Violation of these terms may, at our discretion, result is us terminating your account.

Product Description
CloudBlueprints is a library of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates that can be used to deploy cloud resources in a repeatable and consistent manner.
The templates are provided in Terraform, but not limited to and may be extended to AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep, etc.

One time payment vs. Subscription
For individuals, access to CloudBlueprints is provided as a one-time payment. If you are a company or organization, and need access for multiple users,
then access to CloudBlueprints is only available as an annual subscription fee.
Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to pay VAT/Sales Tax on top of the the fee, this is determined during the checkout.
The payments and taxes are managed by our payment processor, Paddle.com.
Access to the service will continue for the duration of your subscription period, subject to the payment of the
applicable fee and compliance with these Terms.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, your access will
be revoked at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day, no questions asked money back guarantee.
During the 14-day period after your sign up, you can require your refund by sending an email to [email protected].

License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CloudBlueprints in accordance with these Terms.
You are free to use the templates in your own projects, but you are not allowed to redistribute the templates in any form.
You are allowed to modify the templates to suit your needs, but you are not allowed to claim the templates as your own.
You are also free to use the templates even after your subscription has expired.

Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We do not store or have access to your buyer card details at any point.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the content in CloudBlueprints belong to Celina IT Consulting UG.

Liability
The CloudBlueprints templates are provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind. It is your responsibility to ensure
that the templates meet your requirements and do not cause any harm to your infrastructure.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
In case of major changes, we will notify you by placing a prominent notice on our website or by sending you an email.
Your continued use of the services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin, Germany,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
